국내외 로펌을 막론하고 로펌 경영, 로펌 발전에 관한 정보만큼 중요한 정보도 없을 것이다. 특히 갈수록 경쟁이 치열해지고 있는 한국 로펌들이 로펌의 선진 경영기업에 대한 수요를 많이 느끼고 있다.

이런 가운데 전 세계를 순회하며 법률사무소 운영 등 변호사 경영실무에 대한 분과회의를 개최하고 있는 세계변호사협회(IBA)가 서울에서 'Law Firm Management Conference'를 개최하기로 해 한국 로펌 관계자들 사이에 높은 관심을 끌고 있다.

7월 10일 오전 9시부터 서울 프라자호텔에서 진행될 이번 회의의 주제는 'Managing Change in Challenging Times'. 로펌 경영의 전문가와 국내외 로펌 대표 등이 사회, 또는 발표 및 토론자로 참가한 가운데 총 6개의 세션이 진행된다.

IBA가 소개하는, 이번 회의에서 다뤄질 주요 내용은 다음과 같다.
